GPSBabel is a program which can convert waypoints and routes between various brands of GPS receivers including Garmin and Magellan.

A cool feature of this software is not just the fact that it supports different GPS hardware, but it can also convert between different applications such as Basecamp and Google Earth.

The user interface of GPSBabel is well thought-out and provides quick access to many of its features within seconds.

GPSBabel supports a very long list of different file formats and has no problem converting between them for your GPS hardware. For example, it can hadle TWL, TRL, VPR, MMO, DAT and OVL files, among many others.
